Membership, Rental & Purchase Policies

Bundled Baby Club is a membership-based baby sleepwear rental service. The information below explains how billing, rentals, returns, and optional purchases work so there are no surprises.


Memberships & Cancellations

When you join Bundled Baby Club, you’re signing up for a recurring membership.

Your membership is billed automatically based on the plan you select at checkout, and it will continue to renew unless you choose to cancel. Payment details are stored securely and charged each billing cycle.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your customer portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellations must be completed before your next billing date. Membership fees that have already been billed are non-refundable, except where required by law.


Rentals & Returns

All items sent through Bundled Baby Club are rental items and must be returned after your rental period ends.

Each shipment includes a prepaid return shipping label to make returns easy. Items should be sent back by the return date provided in your account or shipping confirmation.

We expect normal wear from everyday use. Items should be returned in reasonable, wearable condition. If an item is not returned, returned late, or returned with damage beyond normal wear, additional charges may apply, including replacement costs.

Every item is professionally laundered, inspected for zipper and fabric quality, and prepared for its next home—giving it a fresh, clean start every time.


Purchasing a Favorite (New Items Only)

If you find a style you love, members can purchase a brand-new version of that item at a discounted member price.

Rental items cannot be kept or purchased. All purchases are for new items only and are subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, new item purchases are final sale.


Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a Bundled Baby Club membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring membership fees and any applicable charges related to returns, including late fees or replacement costs for unreturned or significantly damaged items.

Charges will only be applied in accordance with the policies outlined above.


Policy Updates

From time to time, we may update these policies. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders and billing cycles.
