It was one of those nights — 2 a.m., a wide-awake newborn in my arms, and yet another swaddle that just wasn’t cutting it. I was sitting in the soft glow of the nursery light, holding my three-week-old baby girl and wondering — again — why this third swaddle still wasn’t working for her.

We’d already tried two others that week. Each one promised better sleep. Each one ended in another night of tears (hers and mine), frantic Google searches, and sleepless frustration. My baby wasn’t settling in her bassinet, and I was running on fumes — desperate for rest and answers.

That night, somewhere between a bleary-eyed feeding and yet another sack swap, the idea came to me. What if parents didn’t have to buy and gamble every time they needed to try a new sleep sack? What if there were a better way to help babies — and their parents — sleep easier, sooner, and smarter?

And just like that, Bundled Baby Club was born.

This is more than a subscription box. It’s a solution born from exhaustion, trial and error, and a deep desire to make life just a little easier for other parents in the thick of it.
