How do I purchase a sleep sack or swaddle I’ve rented and loved?

Once you begin your membership and we send out your first bundle, we’ll email you a personalized discount code you can use to purchase brand-new sleepwear solutions at 15% off. This discount is a built-in benefit of being a member — added value we’re proud to offer. We genuinely want you to find the sleepwear that works for your baby through renting, and when you’re ready, you can purchase your favorite at a meaningful member savings.


How do I cancel, pause, or update my membership?

Once you create a membership, you’ll use your email and password to log in and view your credits, shipping updates, and account details. From your dashboard, you can easily change, or cancel your membership before your next billing date. Just be sure to make any changes before your next billing date, which is the same day of the month you originally signed up.


When will I be charged for my membership or rental bundle?

If you sign up for a membership, your card will be charged on the day you join and then on the same date each month moving forward. For example, if you start your plan on August 22nd, your next charge will be on September 22nd. Your membership will continue to renew monthly until you choose to cancel or pause. 


How do I return my bundle?

A prepaid return label is included in every rental bundle. When you’re ready to send your items back, just replace the original label on the mailer with the new one provided. Then drop it off at any USPS post office or blue USPS collection box. Both shipping labels—your incoming and return—are fully prepaid, making swaps simple and stress-free.

 

What if my rental item arrives with tags still on?

Yay! Occasionally, a rental item may arrive with tags still attached. That simply means you’re getting to try sleepwear that has never been used before. Feel free to remove the tags, use it as you please, and return it with the rest of your rental when you’re ready.


Are the sleep sacks and swaddles professionally cleaned before I receive them?

We professionally launder all sleep sacks and swaddles using 100% dye-free, fragrance-free, allergen-friendly detergent. Each piece is inspected before being sent to a new family to ensure it’s clean, comfortable, and ready for use. While everything arrives freshly laundered, we completely understand if you prefer to wash items again at home — every family’s comfort level is different, and that’s okay.


Do I need to wash the items before returning my bundle?

No — we take care of all the laundering for you. Just place the used (and unused) items back in your bundle and send them our way. We handle the professional cleaning so you can focus on your little one, not the laundry.


I received a Bundled Baby Club gift card — what should I do next?

Congrats on the gift card — major score! When you redeem your gift card at checkout, the balance will automatically apply to your membership or bundle. A credit card will still be kept on file for future billing cycles, but your gift card balance will always be used first. You can cancel your membership at any time if your needs change.
